Made with estate grapes from our Northfield block, this elegant Cab Franc boasts rich blackberry, raspberry and bramble bush intermingling with savoury roasted red pepper, a defined mineral character and tart and sweet dark black cherry notes. Leaner, mid-weight style Cab Franc with a fresh, clean acid finish and a beautiful ripeness of fruit that is typical for this varietal in the County and speaks clearly of our exceptional terroir here on the farm.
